1. About Begovo
Begovo, Inc. is a luxury travel company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States. Begovo provides custom private travel, curated group journeys, and bespoke travel planning services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Begovo acts as an arranger and agent for independent third‑party travel suppliers and does not operate airlines, hotels, transportation services, or tour facilities.
2. Scope of Services
Begovo's services include travel consultation, itinerary design, booking coordination, and travel support. All bookings are subject to availability and to the terms and conditions of the applicable third‑party suppliers.
3. Bookings, Pricing, and Payments
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change until confirmed. A deposit or full payment may be required. Final payment deadlines are strictly enforced. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation without refund.
4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier. Many services are non‑refundable or subject to penalties. Refunds, where applicable, are processed only after funds are received from the relevant supplier. Begovo service or planning fees may be non‑refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
5. Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements, and compliance with local laws. Begovo is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or losses due to improper documentation.
6. Travel Risks & Government Advisories
Travel involves inherent risks. Travelers are responsible for reviewing official government travel advisories. Begovo does not guarantee uninterrupted or risk‑free travel.
7. Sanctions & OFAC Compliance
Begovo complies with all U.S. sanctions laws, including those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Begovo may refuse or cancel services where sanctions apply. Users represent they are not sanctioned persons.
8. Seller of Travel Notice
Begovo is incorporated in Wyoming. Certain U.S. states require Seller of Travel registration, including California, Florida, Hawaii, and Washington. Begovo does not hold registration in those states and does not direct services where prohibited.
9. Force Majeure
Begovo shall not be liable for events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, supplier failures, or transportation disruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
Begovo is not liable for acts or omissions of third‑party suppliers. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to Begovo.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Begovo harmless from claims arising from breach of these Terms, misuse of services, fraud, or violation of law.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, itineraries, and materials are the property of Begovo or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
13. Refusal of Service
Begovo reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate access due to fraud, payment failure, sanctions risk, or Terms violations.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Wyoming courts.
15. Changes to Terms
Begovo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
