Begovo provides a platform connecting travelers with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) offering curated travel experiences. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communications between travelers and DMCs.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Bookings and Payments

When you book a travel experience through Begovo, you are entering into a contract with the DMC providing that experience. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by experience and DMC. Please review the specific cancellation policy for each experience before booking. Refunds are processed according to the applicable policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Begovo platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Begovo or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Begovo acts as an intermediary between travelers and DMCs. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, or warranties of any DMC or travel service provider.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
